PENILE SHOCK WAVE THERAPY

A good blood flow is necessary for erection. Unfortunately, as you get older, the blood vessels that supply blood to the penis begin to clog and decrease. Just like the heart vessels can get
blocked in heart disease., the penile vessels become blocked or diminished in time.

Shock Wave Therapy improves blood flow to the penis by improving existing blood vessels function and creating new ones by applying low current shock waves. Increased penile blood flow gives stronger, harder and more sustainable erection.

80% of the men who received Shock Wave Therapy were able to enter the drug-free relationship if appropriate treatment was done. Also, about 90% of all men who took treatment reported that their sexual performance improved in the positive direction.

PENILE PRP TREATMENT (P-Shot)

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment is the injection, containing blood cells called platelets and growth factors from liquid part of blood called plasma, into the penis. The commercial name of penile PRP treatment is P-Shot.

The main purpose of PRP penile therapy is to prolong the stamina of erection and its duration by the formation of new vascular structures. In short, it is used for erectile dysfunction treatment. When used along with shock wave therapy and some medical instruments, contributes to increasing penis length and thickness.

The whole procedure is very comfortable and it doesn`t last long. It starts with application of local anesthetic cream, venous blood draw, centrifuge of drawn blood, disinfection of penis, and end with application of prepared PRP injection and cleaning of the application area, all done within average of 30-45 minute. There are no side effects that can affect your social life after the procedure or cause problems with your daily life. Procedure needs to be repeated 3- times in regular period of several weeks in order to give longterm results.
Longterm results are established in desired level after 1- months after the growth factors and platelets injections.

STEM CELLS TREATMENT

The latest medical solution for erectile dysfunction disorder, highly efficient and giving permanent improvement in 6 months due to power of STEM cells able to renew structure and regenerate tissue responsible for blood flow and function of erectile bodies in penis.

What are STEM cells?

STEM cells are known in medicine as extremely powerful cells which are able to differentiate and regenerate tissues and provide new blood vessels, new structure and support in both functional and supportive tissue where it is applicable. STEM cells are present in bone marrow, blood and fat tissue. For this treatment adipose origin STEM cells are used.

How the treatment is done?

For erectile dysfunction treatment cells are taken from homologous fat tissue (from the patient himself) by liposuction of small amount of abdominal wall fat and after processing of collected tissue an injection of liquid is extracted from it, containing: pre-adipocytes, endothelial precursor cells, erythrocytes, M2 macrophages, growth factors, smooth muscle cells and adipose-derived stem cells (5- cc volume) is injected into cavernous bodies of penis. This procedure is done under local anesthesia, it takes around 3h, after which one treatment of shock wave and PRP treatment is applied in order to provide best possible environment for future results of total treatment. Whole treatment duration is around 5 hours in total, made in one day. STEM cells need time to create new tissue and make it functional, therefore first results are shown after 6 months and permanent improvement is present after 9 months.

Patients after prostate cancer surgery show significant recovery of erectile function after STEM cells treatment.

STEM cell treatment of erectile dysfunction is done only one time, and improvement takes time of 6-9 months, it is long lasting due to regenerated tissue.

PENIS ENLARGEMENT

Methods used for size enchancement of penis are inlcuding both non-surgical and surgical procedures. PRP, Shock Wave and STEM cells treatments are one of non-surgical additions to our penis enlargement tretments packages. Other methods used are devices and surgery.

Penis extender and vacuum device

These devices are used to provide external stimulation on the penis cavernous bodies to extand. Regular use leads to increase in size for up to 1-3cm in lenght. Patients are equiped and trained to use them in proper way by themselves after treatments are done.

Surgical procedures

1)Scrotal web operation

This is completely safe and light surgical procedure in which extra scrotal skin is removed in order to provide bigger availability of the penis body itself and therefore giving bigger lenght especially during penetration, without disrupting sensitivity. Procedure lasts 1h, it is done under temporary general analgesia and anestesia and recovery is very quick. After 7 days of healing, stiches are removed and patients come back to regular life habits and activities. Procedure has no complications, only incision site should be regularly dressed until healing.

2)Penile suspensory ligament operation

During this procedure operative correction of the penile suspensory ligament is done. This ligament is located in the basis of the penis, attached to pubic joint. Once the limitation of this ligament is removed, penis has bigger availability of the structure, providing bigger length and penetration. Procedure is done quickly, under temporary general analgesia and anestesia, after which recovery is very short as well. Stiches are removed after 7 days and patients go back to regular life. Procedure has no complications, only incision site should be regularly dressed until healing.

PEYRONIE TREATMENS

Peyronie’s disease is the development of fibrous scar tissue inside the penis that causes curved, painful erections. Penises vary in shape and size, and having a curved erection isn’t necessarily a cause for concern. But Peyronie’s disease causes a significant bend or pain in some men.

Peyronie’s disease signs and symptoms might appear suddenly or develop gradually. The most common signs and symptoms include:

Scar tissue. The scar tissue (plaques) associated with Peyronie’s disease can be felt under the skin of the penis as flat lumps or a band of hard tissue.

A significant bend to the penis. Your penis might be curved upward, downward or bent to one side. In some cases, the erect penis might have narrowing, indentations or an hourglass appearance, with a tight, narrow band around the shaft.

Erection problems. Peyronie’s disease might cause problems getting or maintaining an erection (erectile dysfunction).

Shortening of the penis. Your penis might become shorter as a result of Peyronie’s disease.

Pain. You might have penile pain, with or without an erection.

We provide treatment packages combining several methods like shock wave, PRP, STEM cells and devices, successfully dealing with this disorder, with excellent results.

AZOOSPERMIA TREATMENTS

In a world in which reproduction is highly under question mark, when IVF is sometimes the only method of becoming parent we provide treatment method for male infertility.

Micro TESE (Testicular Sperm Extraction)

What is TESE?

Microscopic testicular sperm extraction (TESE) is a surgical procedure used to obtain sperm from the testes when there is insufficient sperm in the ejaculate. If viable sperm is extracted during this procedure, its can then be used to conceive a baby using in-vitro fertilization (IVF) or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).

When is Micro TESE Used?

TESE is used in the case of azoospermia, a condition in which viable sperm are not available in the ejaculate. Azoospermia can result from obstructive or non-obstructive causes.

TESE can help men with azoospermia avoid the need to use a sperm donor and father a genetically related child. Despite lacking sperm in their ejaculate, men with azoospermia may still have viable sperm residing in their testes. For example, approximately 50% of men with non-obstructive azoospermia, still have some, albeit minimal, sperm production in their testes.

If you are willing and able to undergo ICSI, ou only need one good sperm to have a chance.

Additional uses for TESE can be to preserve future fertility in the setting of cancer treatment that may interfere with sperm viability or if conventional vasectomy reversal surgery has been unsuccessful.

TESE is an important addition to fertility treatment as demonstrated by these statistics:

– Approximately 1% of men have azoospermia
– 10 to 20% of men who present to an infertility clinic have azoospermia
– 2-6% of men who have undergone a vasectomy will eventually seek a reversal

The TESE Procedure

Conventional TESE is a simple procedure in which a male is given local anesthesia and then a small incision is made in the testes and a tissue sample is removed in order to extract sperm. This is typically only used for men with obstructive azoospermia, meaning there is plenty of sperm being produced, it just isn’t making it into the ejaculate.

Micro TESE is a more advanced version used in the case of non-obstructive azoospermia, because a physician will need to locate far fewer sperm within the testes. In micro TESE, the patient is given general anesthesia, a small incision is made, and a microscope is then inserted to look for any sperm present.

Micro TESE Success Rates

According to the University of Utah, “Sperm is found approximately 70% of the time in the microTESE procedure.” In one head to head comparison of TESE and micro TESE in men with non-obstructive azoospermia, the successful sperm retrieval rates were 32% and 57% respectively. However, successfully extracting sperm does not mean there will be a successful pregnancy. The amount of sperm recovered and the success rate of ICSI also need to be considered.
